Every seat includes $10 of Karatry AI a month — the assistant, document reading and the other AI features running on Karatry's own provider account (not photo edits or search indexing), measured at provider cost and pooled across your workspace, so three seats share $30. AI that runs on its own for you, like the daily insights digest, counts toward it too, on a lighter, cheaper model. Unused allowance does not carry over. On a monthly plan, Karatry AI above that is billed at provider cost plus 30%, on a following invoice. On an annual plan it's never billed: once the month's included amount is used, Karatry AI pauses until the 1st. Trial usage, including an extended trial, is never billed, and a subscription is never billed for Karatry AI used in the month it ends. Or plug your own provider key (Anthropic and others) into Settings: your provider bills you directly, it's free of any Karatry charge, and it never counts against your included Karatry AI. Either way, every workspace has a daily fair-use limit.
